Frequently asked questions

Short answers about the service, the draws and your account.

Can I buy tickets or enter draws through National?
No. National is purely an information service: we do not sell tickets, accept stakes or run games of chance. We publish public draw results and statistics calculated from them.
Where do the results come from?
We compile the numbers from data published by the official European draw operators. Every line is checked before publication, but if anything conflicts, the official source always prevails.
When are the draws held?
Eurojackpot is drawn in Helsinki on Tuesdays and Fridays at around 21:00 Finnish time. Viking Lotto is drawn on Wednesday evenings. We update the site shortly after each draw.
Do the statistics predict future numbers?
No. Each draw is an independent random event. The statistics page only shows how numbers have been distributed in past draws — we never publish number tips or forecasts.
What does Premium include?
Premium includes faster notifications, visualisations of past number frequencies (not forecasts or recommendations), an ad-free view and CSV export. Prices include VAT: €4.50/month or €36/year as a recurring subscription, or a one-off €119.
Is using the service legal in Finland?
Yes. Because National does not organise lotteries or any other games of chance, the rules on operating gambling do not apply to the service. We still follow responsible-gaming principles in all our content.
Do I need an account?
No. Results, the archive, statistics and the winners' history are open to everyone. An account is only needed for a Premium subscription and personal settings.
How do I delete my account?
Send a request to [email protected]. We will delete the account and related data within 14 days, as required by the GDPR.
How does the site support responsible gaming?
We show an 18+ notice and a free helpline on every page, and collect support-service contacts on our Responsible gaming page.
Which currency are amounts shown in?
All amounts are shown in euros. If the original amount is in another currency, it is converted using the official rate on the draw date.
