1. Nature of the service
National is an information service that publishes public Eurojackpot and Viking Lotto results and statistics calculated from them. We do not run games of chance, sell tickets or accept stakes.
2. Licence to use
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Automated collection of content or commercial republication requires our written permission.
3. Limitation of liability
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that results are error-free. Official results are published by each draw operator. We are not liable for damages arising from differences between the information on this site and official data.
4. User account
Creating an account is free. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Report suspected unauthorised use without delay to [email protected].
5. Premium subscription
Premium is a paid digital service activated on your account after successful payment. Prices include VAT: €4.50/month monthly, €36/year yearly and €119 as a one-off payment. The current price is shown before you confirm payment.
Billing and renewal. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Payments are processed by a payment provider and we never store full card details.
Cancellation. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time in your account settings or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Premium stays available until then.
Right of withdrawal. Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because Premium is delivered immediately as digital content, we ask for your explicit consent to start the service at once and confirmation that the right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins.
Price changes. We notify price increases for recurring subscriptions by email at least 30 days in advance.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Registered users are told about material changes at least 14 days in advance.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers may refer a dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or bring an action in the district court of their place of residence. Other disputes are settled in the Helsinki District Court.
